A 100W COβ laser can cut thick acrylic sheets (up to 15β20 mm), layered plastics, signage laminates, and dense engineering plastics quickly and cleanly β making it ideal for high-volume sign shops and fabrication workflows.
Yes β laser engraving permanently alters the plastic surface and will not fade, peel, or wash off, making it perfect for tags, safety labels, and outdoor signage.
Plastic melts when too much heat is applied. Using higher speed, lower power, proper air assist, and correct focus prevents melting and ensures crisp engraved results.
