What exactly is Tru-Fire Technology® and why does it matter? Tru-Fire Technology® is proprietary software built into the Orion mPulse® that monitors electrode-to-metal ground contact at the moment of firing and automatically adjusts energy delivery to compensate for inconsistencies. In plain terms: the machine senses when contact is imperfect and fires anyway — cleanly, reliably, without a misfire. What is the Dual Zone Power Range™ and how is it different from other welders?
