3D Scan-Mark with Motorized Autofocus
The FSL Muse Pandora Fiber Galvo Laser incorporates Intel’s 3D RealSense camera, mapping millions of 3D data points to create a detailed workspace. This enables multiple objects of varying heights to be engraved simultaneously, all in one job.
The standard 3D Camera uses stereo vision and a laser dot projector for height mapping, while the optional Time of Flight (ToF) upgrade uses light measurement for greater accuracy, especially with reflective or transparent objects. With synchronized Z-axis motion, the Muse Pandora can mark objects outside the typical field of view with precise alignment.
Using 3D height data, objects outside a normal marking field of view are split and marked with the synchronized Z motor.
