The FSL Muse MOPA PRO redefines fiber laser engraving with impressive processing speeds up to 5,000mm/sec and the ability to fine-tune pulse widths for different effects. Produce vibrant multi-color markings on stainless steel, crisp black marks on plastics, and deep engravings in metals — all from one machine. Powered by advanced MOPA fiber technology, it delivers performance and flexibility beyond standard fiber systems, ensuring professional results every time.
Unlike fixed-pulse fiber lasers, the MOPA PRO allows you to control the pulse duration, unlocking the ability to mark a broader range of materials and achieve unique finishes. From serial numbers and barcodes to decorative engravings and logos, the Muse MOPA PRO is the ultimate solution for both industrial and creative applications.
The solid-state fiber source requires no water cooling, has no consumable parts, and boasts an estimated lifetime of over 100,000 hours. Paired with closed-loop galvo scanners with encoder feedback, the Muse MOPA PRO ensures perfect results at ultra-high speeds without belts, gears, or pulleys.
This groundbreaking technology empowers users to expand into materials and effects beyond standard fiber lasers, from color metal engraving to high-contrast plastics, anodized aluminum, titanium, and more.
Don’t have internet in your shop? The built-in RetinaEngrave software provides robust design tools and advanced laser control with or without an internet connection.
Unlock unprecedented speed and versatility with the FSL Muse MOPA PRO Fiber Galvo Laser. Powered by a variable-pulse fiber source, enjoy spot-on precision with the ability to create effects that standard fibers can’t achieve — including vivid color markings on stainless steel and deep engravings on metal.
Utilizing fast-rotating stationary mirrors, the Muse MOPA PRO achieves engraving speeds up to 5,000mm/sec — as much as 100x faster than conventional gantry lasers — delivering unmatched productivity.
But the innovation doesn’t stop there. Integrated Intel RealSense 3D scanning, a 7" LCD touchscreen, and RetinaEngrave v3.0 software empower you with seamless control and design flexibility. Whether you’re producing identification markings or launching a creative business, the Muse MOPA PRO sets the standard for fiber laser excellence.
The FSL Muse MOPA PRO Fiber Galvo Laser utilizes Intel’s 3D RealSense camera to accurately map millions of 3D data points to create a digital workspace. This allows multiple objects with varying heights to be engraved — all in one job simultaneously.
The standard 3D Camera uses stereo vision combined with a laser dot projector to generate a height map. Also available is a Time of Flight (ToF) 3D Camera upgrade, which measures the speed of light at millions of points. ToF cameras excel at resolving reflective and transparent objects that are difficult for dot-projector systems.
Using 3D height data, objects outside a normal marking field of view are split and marked with the synchronized Z motor.
Unlike limited CO₂ or standard fiber lasers, the FSL Muse MOPA PRO is engineered to produce high-contrast and colorful markings across an extensive range of materials. It excels at engraving metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, and brass, allowing for both deep engravings and vibrant multi-color effects. The advanced MOPA fiber technology also makes it possible to achieve crisp black, white, and colored markings on a wide variety of plastics with exceptional detail and precision.
The Muse MOPA PRO also handles specialty surfaces with ease, marking anodized aluminum and powder-coated metals without damaging their protective finishes. Beyond industrial materials, it can be used to mark paper, wood, and ceramics with clean, unique finishes — giving professionals and creators the versatility to work across multiple industries and applications.
Cutting: The Muse MOPA PRO can perform fine micromachining cuts through thin materials such as up to 3mm aluminum, 3mm steel, and 6mm wood (10W+ recommended for metals). Cuts are precise with minimal splatter or recast.
