Polar Lite and Polar 2 — Compact All-in-One Desktops

Polar Lite is a 55W glass-tube enclosed desktop unit at $1,799.99, with a 20.1" x 11.8" working area, front/rear pass-through for long material, a 5MP camera, one-click autofocus, and a fully built-in water tank, air pump, and exhaust system — no external cooling setup required. Rated tube life is roughly 11,000 hours.

Polar 2 is OMTech's RF-tube desktop model at $4,999.99 — a genuinely different machine, not just a pricier Polar Lite. It runs a 50W RF source producing a 0.07mm beam spot (versus roughly 0.25mm on a typical glass tube), pairs it with a 16MP camera, and is air-cooled with no chiller, water tank, or coolant at all. Its tube is rated up to 30,000 hours and is rechargeable/reactivatable rather than simply discarded at end of life. Maker Series — The First Industrial-Style Cabinet Laser

Maker is where OMTech moves from desktop to cabinet-style construction, spanning $2,299.99 to $6,899.99 across 60W to 150W models and beds from 16" x 24" up to 40" x 63". The line splits into MF (manual focus) and AF (autofocus) models at different price points, with a standard motion system topping out at 600mm/s. Pronto Series — Speed for Growing Production

Pro Series — Industrial Production

Pro is OMTech's top tier, split between the standard glass-tube Pro 2440 and Pro 3655 (80W–150W, $5,999.99–$11,999.99 including the metal-cutting-capable Pro 3655 Hybrid) and the RF-tube Pro Quantum (60W/80W, $10,999.99–$12,999.99).

Despite running lower rated power than the standard Pro line, Pro Quantum costs more — a spec-sheet contradiction that only makes sense once you separate power from precision. "The main question a customer needs to ask when looking at the Pro series and the Pro Quantum is whether they need an RF CO2 laser source specifically," Nigam says. "If they're looking to do photorealistic engravings on wood, an RF tube makes a visible material difference compared to a glass CO2 tube. If they want faster cutting speeds, they can also achieve that more effectively with the RF tube, without excess burning. The OMTech Fiber Laser Lineup, Series by Series

Fiber lasers mark and engrave metal — CO2 lasers largely can't touch bare metal, so if your product line includes stainless tumblers, jewelry, or serialized parts, you'll eventually need one of these alongside (not instead of) a CO2 machine. Galvo — Standard Fiber Marking

Beyond Engraving: UV Printing and Metal Fabrication
