The CW-5200 holds your tube's coolant temperature to within ±0.3°C using two selectable control modes: Constant mode, which locks to a fixed temperature you set between 5–40°C, and Intelligent mode, which automatically adjusts based on ambient room temperature. That precision matters — a glass tube running even a few degrees outside its optimal range loses beam quality and shortens its own lifespan.
Multi-Layer Alarm and Protection System
Four separate safeguards protect your laser tube from a chiller failure turning into a machine failure: a flow alarm that triggers if coolant circulation drops or stops, an over-temperature alarm if the water gets too hot to protect the tube, compressor overcurrent protection, and compressor time-delay protection that prevents short-cycling damage on restart. If something goes wrong with the cooling loop, you'll know before your tube does.
6L Tank and 10L/min Flow Rate for Continuous Runs
A 6-liter built-in tank paired with a 10L/min maximum flow rate gives the CW-5200 enough thermal buffer to handle sustained cutting jobs without the coolant temperature drifting mid-run. 10mm brass inlet and outlet connectors make plumbing into your Cobra or Hydra's existing tube lines straightforward — no proprietary fittings to source separately.

The CW-5200 uses a R-32 / R-1234yf / R-513A refrigerant blend (360g charge) — lower-GWP options than older R-22-based chillers, so you get industrial cooling performance without the environmental and phase-out concerns tied to legacy refrigerants.
