Description

Cerakure LP1 Infrared Curing Oven — The Next Generation of Cerakote Curing Technology.

Cure Cerakote 8× faster with the Cerakure LP1 Infrared Oven. Curing has always been the bottleneck in the Cerakote application process — until now.

The Cerakure LP1 Infrared Curing Oven redefines the standard for coating performance, dramatically reducing curing times, energy costs, and operational complexity.

Built with innovative infrared curing technology, the LP1 focuses all usable energy directly on the coating, not the air or substrate, resulting in up to 8× faster curing compared to traditional convection ovens. By using deep-penetrating infrared waves that cure coatings from the inside out, even materials once limited to air drying — such as polymers and composites — can now be efficiently oven-cured.

Powered by 110V/15A and compatible with liquid propane or natural gas, the Cerakure LP1 delivers exceptional performance with significantly lower operational costs. Whether you’re in aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, or industrial manufacturing, this system offers precision, efficiency, and versatility in a compact, plug-and-play design.

Key Benefits of the Cerakure LP1 Infrared Curing Oven

  • Revolutionary Curing Speed: Cure coatings up to 8× faster than convection systems — saving time and energy.
  • Infrared Inside-Out Curing: Penetrating IR waves cure coatings evenly, even on complex shapes and mixed materials.
  • Energy Efficient Operation: Focused heat application reduces power consumption and overall cost of operation.
  • Versatile Material Compatibility: Cures metal, polymer, and composite parts together — no substrate overheating.
  • Integrated Flash-Off Rack: Streamlined process flow with built-in door rack for reduced handling and improved throughput.
  • Plug & Play Design: No installation required — simply connect power and gas, and you’re ready to cure.
  • Compact Yet Capable: Large 63-cubic-foot interior within a minimal footprint, ideal for high-efficiency operations.

Revolutionizing the Curing Process — Faster, Cooler, Smarter

Traditional convection ovens heat the air and substrate before the coating, wasting time and energy. The Cerakure LP1 changes everything. Its focused infrared energy directly activates the coating molecules, eliminating inefficient heat transfer and drastically cutting down cycle times.

The result: coatings that previously required 5 days to air dry now cure completely in under one hour, and parts are cool enough to handle in less than 2 minutes post-process. This technology makes Cerakote’s C-Series coatings oven-curable for the first time — expanding production capabilities and improving finish consistency.

Precision Power, Lower Cost

The Cerakure LP1 runs on a 110V 15A electrical connection and uses liquid propane or natural gas as a fuel source. Its advanced IR technology ensures energy is used efficiently, with no wasted heat or air movement.

Compared to convection ovens that require extensive preheating and high ambient temperatures, the LP1 reduces energy demand while improving throughput. Over time, this translates to dramatically lower operational costs and improved sustainability for your business.

Innovative Design — Compact, Capable, and Operator-Friendly

The Cerakure LP1 Infrared Curing Oven is designed with real-world workflows in mind. The roll-out flash-off rack, integrated into the oven door, allows operators to load, flash, and cure parts in a single motion — touching the part only once.

With its 63 cubic-foot interior and compact exterior footprint, the LP1 delivers large-batch capacity in a space-efficient format. The oven’s 7" HMI touchscreen interface provides simple navigation with tack and cure options, manual exhaust control, and fully customizable settings for different materials or coating thicknesses.

This is a no-installation, plug-and-play system — simply connect to a fuel source and start curing within minutes.

Built for Safety and Efficiency

Safety and operational confidence are at the core of the Cerakure LP1. It features a Safety Gas Regulator, Normally Closed (NC) Gas Solenoid, and flameless heating technology, ensuring controlled, safe operation in all environments.

Additional safety and efficiency highlights include:

  • 6” Exhaust System: Ensures clean airflow and controlled heat release.

  • Flameless Operation: No open flames; ideal for sensitive materials and precision coatings.

  • Low Power Requirement: Operates safely on standard 110V 15A outlets, no special wiring needed.

  • Fast Cool-Down Cycle: Handle parts within minutes — no long waiting periods or safety concerns.

Industries That Benefit from Cerakure

The Cerakure LP1 Infrared Curing Oven is engineered for versatility across a range of high-demand industries:

  • Defense & Aerospace: Rapid curing for high-performance coatings and specialty alloys.

  • Medical Manufacturing: Consistent curing of precision parts with zero substrate distortion.

  • Oil & Gas: Durable coating application for corrosion resistance and longevity.

  • Automotive & Motorsports: High-throughput curing of Cerakote finishes on metals, composites, and polymers.

  • Additive Manufacturing: Rapid-curing capability for 3D-printed components and low-temp materials.

Simplified Controls, Smarter Operation

Operating the Cerakure LP1 is intuitive and efficient, even for first-time users. Its digital control interface offers:

  • 7” HMI Touchscreen for precise adjustments

  • Preset Tack & Cure Programs for consistent results

  • Manual Exhaust Control for custom operations

  • Status Monitoring with live temperature and timer display

No specialized training or complex installation required — just plug, set, and cure.
